What exactly is included in the price?+

Everything: your bilingual guide, a comfortable private car with hotel or airport pickup within Kigali, and all three curated stops. The only extras are personal purchases — meals, coffee, or shopping at the stops.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your experience. Within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp — we will always try to reschedule you first, free of charge.

How can I pay?+

Mobile money (MTN MoMo), major cards, or cash on the day. For groups we can also invoice by email.

Which languages do you speak?+

Our guides are fluent in English and French, with Kinyarwanda as the mother tongue — so nothing gets lost between you and the city.

Can we be more than 4 people?+

The standard experience is designed for up to 4 guests so it stays personal. For larger groups or corporate visits, contact us — we arrange multi-car experiences on request.
